The five-axis machining center is often used in high-end manufacturing as a highly automated intelligent processing equipment. The true five-axis machining center features a tool point follow-up function that ensures that the cutting point of the tool is in contact with the surface of the part without changing any parameters, avoiding cutting pits. The tool direction can be optimized during the entire path movement while the tool moves linearly. In this way, the optimum cutting state is maintained throughout the path.
